Refunds and Replacements
If the VCC you received does not work, we will provide a replacement VCC. If the replacement also does not work, we will issue a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us immediately after receiving the VCC.
- Provide proof that the VCC did not work.
- Use the VCC immediately after receipt.

Each VCC is intended for use with one service only. Attempting to use the VCC for multiple services may result in the card being damaged. Please do not attempt to use the VCC multiple times to avoid damage.
